Sermorelin has been a topic of popular debate as of recent. Sermorelin is a peptide that has been genetically engineered to stimulate secretion of growth hormone known as GHRH, which is produced in the hypothalamus. Recent studies have been conducted in order to determine how this peptide can be utilized in future procedures.checkout my other blog posted at

One study, conducted by the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, has shown that sermorelin may be an option for preventing ventricular remodeling in swine. With daily application, sermorelin showed positive results in reducing scar tissue and improved diastolic strain. This suggests a local activation of the growth hormone, GHRH, leads to a reparative process.

Another study, conducted by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, showed even more promising results. Regular inflammation of the ocular tissues can lead to a multitude of different disease. However, an increase in application of GHRH showed a decrease in ocular inflammation in the iris and ciliary body. GHRH also aids in the body’s recruitment of immune cells and proinflammatory mediators.

Sermorelin has been shown to help with mental health issues as well. Studies at the University of Szeged. Application of GHRH have shown signs of having an antidepressant-like effect.

In addition to showing signs improvement in depression, Semorelin has also been shown to aid with passive avoidance learning therapy in another study conducted by the University of Szeged. Sermorelin and its insulin-like growth factor showed positive results in several tests performed on mice.

Sermorelin has shown some pretty promising attributes in previous studies and it will continue to be used in experiments in the future. There is still so much about this peptide that scientist have yet to unravel. Only future studies will reveal what sermorelin has to offer. If you have some time, it is advisable to read this latest news for more information.

Ipamorelin is a peptide and a growth hormone secretagogue and it is quite popular for its safety. Ipamorelin is actually known for its cleanliness and safeness in the world of GHRP’s. In addition to this, ipamorelin does not entail the side-effect of elevated hunger like other GHRP’s.

In fact, ipamorelin has a lot going for it compared to other GHRP’s.Clinical research studies have shown that Ipamorelin can help to increase LBM (lean body mass) and lower body fat. These studies have also shown that Ipamorelin can help to improve sleep and mood as well without any spike in cortisol or prolactin, when administered at lower doses.

Despite the fact that scientists know more about ipamorelin than other peptides, research has not ceased to be pursued. According to the University of Queensland School of Medicine Ochsner Clinical School, ipamorelin has been shown to aid in the management of postoperative ileus in bowel resection patients. In this study, Ipamorelin was shown to be tolerable as taken twice daily for seven days.Learn more additional details at

Although there was no significant difference between that of the ipamorelin and the placebo, there were signs that ipamorelin possesses attributes that could be tested further with more positive results.

Another study conducted by the University of Aarhus showed some more promising results. A group of 8-month-old female rats underwent ipamorelin injections three times daily for 3 months. After this test time, ipamorelin showed to counteract the effects of glucocorticoid on skeletal muscles as well as bones.Basically, ipamorelin showed to be a great aid in reversing the effects of decreased muscle strength and bone deformation.

What is IGF1-LR3

IGF1-LR3 is a polypeptide that possesses a lot of the same qualities as insulin. In fact, IGF actually stands for insulin-like growth factor. IGF1-LR3. This particular peptide is known for its effect on bone growth.See this article to get more updates.

There have been plenty of studies involving this popular peptide. One of these studies, conducted by Lund University Hospital, involved a continuous application of IGF1-LR3 with a mini pump. The focus of application was on a healing bone callus on a rabbit’s tibia. Results showed that this reduced the mineral turnover rate. However, it showed no change in the amount of bone mineral. It was concluded that these bone mineral levels were already optimized for proper healing.

In addition to this, muscle growth can also be affected by IGF1-LR3, as shown in a study conducted by the University of Sao Paulo. Bone and muscle growth was study in rats who underwent applications of IGF1-LR3 and the results showed that this insulin-like substance promotes a reduced secretion of the anabolic hormones as well as lower synthesis of proteoglycans. This change lead to an impairment of total body growth and the growth of the tissues that were analyzed.

Another study, conducted by the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, showed that this insulin-like peptide can establish normal body and organ size. However, overuse or uncontrolled use of IGF1-LR3 can lead to pathological conditions.

There is still much to learn about IGF1-LR3 and studies will continue to take place. With mixed results, it is difficult to say how this peptide may be utilized in the future and whether or not it will be available for humans to use.
